JCI Dragon 2022 theme, slogan and Inaugural Ceremony (只備英文版本)

The Theme of JCI Dragon 2022

In JCI Dragon, we are always eager to cultivate young leaders in order to contribute to our society. As a result, the theme, “Lead to Win”, is prompted for the theme of this year’s term of office. We may have different roles, different duties in the chapter, but by committing towards the target, it will sharpen us to become a better leader. If every single one of us commit to what we have planned, what we wanted, the multiple effects would be unexpected. Don’t let anyone look down on you, because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. As President Sam Cheung described in his inauguration speech, “being a leader is never determined by your age, by your position, or by your experience, but by your attitude.”

Inaugural Ceremony

Our inaugural ceremony was successfully held on last Sunday! Thank you for everyone who joined us together to witness this extraordinary event. With the capricious pandemic happening in Hong Kong, we were so blessed to conduct the ceremony smoothly and without any obstacle.

In JCI Dragon, we are always eager to cultivate leaders in order to contribute the society. As a result, the slogan, “Lead to Win”, is prompted for the theme of this year’s term of office. As President Sam Cheung described in his inauguration speech, “being a leader is never determined by your age, by your position, or by your experience, but, by your attitude.”

We, the 2022 board of directors, who hold a strong believe of this philosophy, will serve this year’s term of office with a positive and diligent attitude, and ultimately, “lead to win.”

3 Dragon Bonanza

As a tradition, every year JCI Kowloon, JCI Dragon and JCI East Kowloon would stay together during Lunar New Year to greet and bless each other. This year, although the pandemic has not been soothed any sooner yet, we all three chapters still keep this wonderful tradition by hosting the event via internet. We appreciated and were so blessed that our National President Senator Karen Yeung also made her precious time to join and bless us. Tea Master May was invited to share about Tea Art, also demonstrated how to appreciate Chinese tea. A lucky tea bag was also prepared for every participant. After May’s sharing, we played a little song guessing game with prizes and also ran a lucky draw to give away a lot big prizes. President Sam Cheung also prepared a birthday cake for all the February Birthday babies
