Project V is a 2022 MA program in JCI Victoria, the Core Value is “To Provide Meaningful Project That Empowers Our Member to create positive Grow”.
There are four steps for the project which is

In 2022 we had 100% FM participation, through practicals, they can acquire new skills as well as expanding connections.

For our five flagship projects, we built partnerships with 80 supporting organizations from different areas and connected with x overseas members to expand our network and project scale, maximizing the value we can offer to our participants,
As result, we have OVER 100+ Government parties/organizations.

Our five flagship projects mainly focus on encouraging members to “Achieve yourself and others; Achieve an enriching life; Record as an important chapter of your life”

Two Flagship projects SDGEA and innoBrand were held and attracted over 100+ Business Partners to join and participate in our events, further promoting JCI and JCI Victoria to different work fields and areas, including education, sports industry, media, manufacturing industry, entertainment industry, and service industries.
[SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION]
JCI Victoria was also invited to over 20+ events and became their supporting organization, such as Metaverse Webinar from SOCIETY FOR INNOVATIVE HEALTHCARE HONG KONG, a webinar on elderly healthcare, youth employment in Greater Bay career seminar, COC, etc.

MEMBERSHIP GROWTH
Attract members’ friends to participate and grow together to become future leaders.
As result, 50% of Organizing Committees invited their friends to participate, and 40% of Prospective members joined through a referral from current members!
And because our members enjoy JC life we are willing to invite our friend to join!
48 PPM attended PMO this year, and 28 became PM (58% successfully recruited)
Jan PMO: 22 PPM joined,16 became PM, 72% conversion rate.
Jul PMO：26 PPM joined, 12 became PM, 44% conversion rate.
