The academy is the top-notch leadership training programme in JCIHK, which aims to empower our future leaders with the knowledge, skillsets, and mentally ready for running the local chapters as presidents and NOM board.
The event was successfully held on 30-31 July at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan. The trainer team is led by Head Coach 2008 National President Senator Eric Tang and his experienced training team provided a training opportunity and platform for 36 leaders to experience and inspire throughout the interactive activities.

A graduation ceremony was held with around 100 guests and participants. Congratulations to all the participants, we believe they are ready to inspire more leaders and “Lead to Impact”! reaching a new height in 2023.
