【晉峰青年商會】國際事務組別 讓愛全接觸 – 伴耆同行
「國際精神健康」問卷調查發布會 隨著全球人口老齡化現象的不斷加劇，長者因情緒病而導致自殺死亡率的數字亦不斷增加。當中包括不同原因…例如：疾病問題、退休生活擔憂、子女移民…等等，因此關注長者的精神健康已經成為一個重要的議題。我們會透過工作計劃提供社交互動、認知訓練和對外交流種種活動，以提高長者的生活幸福感、減輕孤獨感。 近年頻頻出現長者輕生事件，當中不乏精神健康問題所導致的不幸事件。因此我們晉峰青年商會於第一季期間進行了「國際精神健康問卷調查」，旨在瞭解不同國家或地區對於長者精神健康的知識和態度，及陪伴長者的時長。 調查發布會結果顯示： 1，超過8成半的受訪者對照顧長者感到壓力 2，三分一的受訪者每星期都沒有花時間照顧長者。 3，呼籲青年人多陪伴長者、加強溝通，減輕他們的寂寞感。 4，提倡提供照顧者的舒緩壓力知識，幫助他們處理情緒。 我們將舉辦一系列長者活動，歡迎大家參與和支持。 《精神健康VR體驗日》 活動已於2023年2月3日順利完成，當日我們參觀本港首個實驗性青年精神健康遊戲空間《Chill Lab青少年情緒體驗館》， 參加者透過「虛擬實境(VR)模擬區」體驗焦慮與抑鬱的感受和徵狀；在「擴增實境(AR)體驗區」認識擊退情緒的方法；亦在「真人圖書館」聆聽支援工作員分享自身復元的過程。 這次活動中，利用科技讓參加者都嘗試感受精神健康問題所帶來的困擾和挑戰、學習如何用正向思想及態度去面對，與及早期預防的方法。這種直接的交流和互動有助於消除對精神健康問題的偏見和誤解，明白到焦慮、喜怒哀驚及抑鬱是人之常情，不是甚麼洪水猛獸，問題要拿出來傾，才找到解決辦法或轉機，隱藏只會令問題累積，日後更難解決。 《讓愛全接觸伴耆同行》希望提升大眾對精神健康的了解及認知，從而增加對精神健康正確的認識，共同創建一個健康和諧的社會環境，請留意我們的最新資訊。 讓愛散佈在社區裡，讓愛全接觸。
