[JCI Kowloon] October Monthly Fellowship Gathering – “Capture Your Moment”

JCI Kowloon

JCI Kowloon was established in 1965 and is the second most senior chapter among the 20 chapters of Junior Chamber

International Hong Kong. We aim to provide development opportunities for young

people to learn from the THREE JC paths: Project Management, Chapter Management and

Training, so as to create positive changes to themselves and to the community.

JCI Kowloon slogan “Keep In Faith” in 2022, Keep the faith and to do what you believe in. Faith gives us purpose and meaningful life. Keep chasing what you believe in. We aims to encourage our members to remember why we join in JCI.

Membership Affairs

JCI is an organization to care about members’ growth, we arrange and organize Monthly Fellowship Gathering by our members at every single month.

Every theme topic idea comes from our members, we encourage our members to suggest what kinds of activities or value they want to apply for the  MFG.

Over these few months, we have arranged soft skills, handcraft workshop, guest speaker sharing and cross over with flagship projects . Through these activities, our members have learnt different knowledge and skills.

We had held an inaugural ceremony for our  2022 board of directors , 2022 is not an easy year for all of us because of COVID-19 situation.

We have arranged the theme of Chinese new year , and invited Chinese tea master May . To introduce the step of boiling tea , the manner of drinking Chinese tea. There are many table manners taught by the guest speaker. Nowadays , metaverse is a new trend over the world, the Metaverse is a medium for communication that bridges physical and virtual experiences. Metaverse sharing is a one session of business affairs  flagship project – Business To The Power N. Another crossover with community development flagship – Together We Care 2022 – Care Pets emotional.  Invited Veterinarian & Pets Trainer to give us a seminar. Following the members survey statistics, one of the most interested in learning is soft skills for specific skills , like , Emcee, presentation skill , chairmanship, etc. The second will be some relaxing and fun workshop. For the passing few months, we are arranging  various style workshops and guests sharing to members
