Being a youth development NGO, The INNO Leaders International Business Development  Program 2023 is organised to provide opportunities for INNO Leaders in Hong Kong to connect with innovation professionals and mature inno-tech entrepreneurs from all over the world, so as to inspire business development ideas in Hong Kong’s innovation business; to provide GBA area visits and exchange opportunities to innovative startups in Hong Kong; and to build a top talent platform for innovative startups to develop valuable networks with young professionals and young entrepreneurs, to lay the foundation for future business growth.

 INNO Leaders Needs Analyze

JCI Kowloon conducted a questionnaire survey From 2022 October to 2023 February, invited Hong Kong entrepreneurs who are aged 18 or above or any industry professionals who intend to start a business, to understand the current situation regarding innovation and technology development in Hong Kong.

The results showed that most Hong Kong young leaders in innovation and technology are interested in starting a business in the Greater Bay Area, but are afraid to move forward due to insufficient information and a lack of interpersonal network.

At the press conference of the survey, Mr. Duncan Chiu, Mr. Duncan Chiu (Legislative Council Member Technology & Innovation Constituency, HKITJC President, Chairman of HKTDC), mentioned that there are strong supports from Mainland China for the establishment of the International Innovation and Technology Hub, Hong Kong should take the advantages on the country’s development strategy, to explore and to enhance the scientific research development and look into the investment opportunities in order to put Hong Kong and Mainland China on the same track.
